Everything was great and fairly clean, I loved location and staff. Lovely room, clean bathroom. It was within walking distance of Locanda di Castelvecchio, where you can have dinner.

Location was unbeatable really close to the city center, staff were informative, everything was fairly clean throughout. We had a double room with exceptionally comfortable bed and an electronic key card and a TV. Friendly reception.

best staff, nice beds and superb breakfast. good small hotel, 5 minutes' walk from the downtown. it was nice having climate control and two windows. they made my stay perfect.

Particularly good location and outstanding views - rooms were compact with beautiful bathrooms. Breakfast was incredibly nice, a wide range of cheese and pastries. Staff were ready to help and incredible. Neat and affordable hotel in Porta Nuova district. Early check in and in general AMAZING service.
